I-20 Copy Request

Please note that it is your responsibility to make sure you keep copies of all immigration documents in a safe place. Please note that OISS keeps copies of documents for a limited time only, but if you have lost a previous I-20 or DS-2019 issued by Rice within the retention period required by regulation, OISS may be able to assist with providing a copy. You will be required to pay a $5 fee per I-20/DS-2019 copy.

Please list the issue dates of the I-20/DS-2019 forms you currently have, so OISS can review your file and determine which I-20s/DS-2019s you may be missing. You can find the issue date on the first page of the I-20/DS-2019, next to the OISS advisor's signature.

If you have had both I-20s and DS-2019s issued by Rice, please also indicate which forms you're requesting.

Please allow up to one week for your request to be processed. Once your file has been reviewed, you will receive an email with the payment link, and confirmation of the fee amount based on how many I-20s/DS-2019s you are missing. Once we receive confirmation of a successful payment, you will receive a second confirmation within 2 business days that the copy request has been completed.
