Proposals for Employee Resource Groups Administered by the ERG Executive Sponsors
The ERG Executive Sponsors have grants for
initiatives and activities that add value to the Rice employee experience. The deadline for submission is September 23. Preference will be given to initiatives that:
- Build community
- Provide employee engagement
- Provide employee advocacy
- Provide employee development
- Pilot new programs and activities
- Model productive ways to explore difficult but necessary questions concerning DEI at the university and beyond
- Demonstrate collaborations across the campus
The following is a list of required uploads for proposals to support initiatives designed to improve the quality of the Rice employee experience. The proposal should contain all relevant information to clarify objectives, benefits, or unusual aspects. The ERG Executive Sponsors will evaluate proposals.
