Welcome to the online application for the I-ACED Program!
You are about to embark on the first step towards a professional Master's education supported by the NSF-backed S-STEM Program I-ACED (award # 2130515). As a part of this application, you will be required to fill out some basic information (biographical, educational, and professional) as well as provide your current resume, your (un)official transcript, and confirm the submission of your FAFSA application. If you intend to apply for multiple programs/universities, please fill out this application for each program and university.
To be eligible to apply for I-ACED Program you must satisfy ALL of the following requirements:
- Be a US citizen, permanent resident, US national, or an admitted refugee at the time of the application;
- Have demonstrated academic potential, defined as being accepted for admission to one of the I-ACED master degree programs (you may concurrently apply for I-ACED while also applying for your graduate program);
- Have demonstrated unmet financial need as defined by the individual university that you are applying for (based on your FAFSA application).
I-ACED Scholar Awards come with the following expectations/benefits:
- Up to $10,000 in tuition scholarship funds (per year while making reasonable progress towards your degree)
- Participation in a pre-cohort Development and Engagement Workshop
- Ongoing scholar engagement activities during the academic year
- Guided in-person tour of ERDC facilities (expenses covered)
- Coordinated internships or research experiences (locally or at ERDC)
